Age Verification Policy

1) Who can use Oz Socials Club

Oz Socials Club is restricted to people who are at least 18 years old (the legal gambling age in Australia). If you are under 18, you must not create an account or use our services.

2) Age-gating at sign-up

• We require users to enter their date of birth during registration.
• If the entered date of birth indicates the user is under 18, we block registration and access.

3) Age verification and checks

We may perform additional checks to confirm a user’s age, including automated verification, database checks (where available), and/or requesting evidence of age (for example, government-issued ID). If we request information, you must provide accurate details. If we cannot verify your age, we may restrict or suspend your account.

4) Underage use: suspension and closure

• If we identify or reasonably suspect that an account is used by someone under 18, we may immediately suspend access while we investigate.
• If underage use is confirmed, we will close the account and take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration.
• We may retain records of checks and actions taken where required or permitted by law.

5) Preventing marketing to minors

Our services and promotional communications are intended for adults only. We do not knowingly target marketing to people under 18, and we take reasonable steps to suppress marketing where we become aware a person is underage (including removing them from marketing lists and restricting account access).
