Terms of Service

1) Social casino—entertainment only

• The Service provides simulated casino-style gameplay for entertainment.
• No real-money gambling: you cannot wager real money and outcomes do not award money.
• No cash-out/redemption and no prizes of real-world value.
• Virtual coins/credits/items have no cash value, are not property, and are not transferable outside the Service.

2) Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your account activity and keeping login details secure. Provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) cheat, exploit, use bots/macros, or manipulate gameplay; (b) reverse engineer or interfere with the Service; (c) harass others or post unlawful content; (d) buy/sell/transfer accounts or virtual items; (e) violate any law or third-party rights.

4) Purchases (if offered)

We may offer in-app purchases of virtual currency/items. Prices, availability, and billing are set/processed by the relevant app store or payment provider and may change. Purchased virtual items still have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or prizes. Refunds are handled under the store/provider’s terms and applicable law.

5) Intellectual property

The Service, software, content, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for lawful, entertainment purposes only.

6) Suspension/termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms or to protect the Service, users, or our rights. Virtual items may be forfeited where permitted by law.

7) Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” and may be unavailable or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any non-excludable rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the updated Terms.

9) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts in NSW.
